ACADEMICS
ACADEMIC EVALUATIONS:
Academic assessments are conducted in order to determine the student’s academic level. Individualized Education Curriculum will be determined upon obtaining results.
INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION:
All students are assessed and placed on an individualized academic track. As a college prep institution, MLC prepares students for their career path. Some tracks include healthcare, science, business, and computer science.
CURRICULUM:
MLC Prep’s curriculum is based on the B.E.S.T. Standards. Students at MLC can be placed on an accelerated/advanced curriculum or on a customized, individual plan based on any appropriate accommodation needs. Choose between on campus learning or our homeschool program.
DUAL ENROLLMENT: FIU
Advanced placement students can prepare for the college placement/ entrance exam and register for MLC’s dual enrollment program, in partnership with FIU. College credits are earned as part of the student’s transcripts.
